Padel is played on a court resembling a smaller tennis court, with four walls (some of which are made of wire fencing) surrounding it and a net in the middle. Played in pairs, opponents hit the ball over the net and can also use the walls to play the ball off (a bit like squash). You can even bounce the ball off the walls on your side (as long as it lands on your opponent's side!). Scoring is the same as tennis. You can hit groundstrokes, volley, smash or boast the ball to win a point.
